Jump in the River
The Braided River framework developed organically during a flight from Wellington to Timaru. Soaring over the Canterbury Plains, I was struck by the beauty of the Rakaia River, a braided river. As I looked down on the river - its intricate network of vein-like channels with paddocks of different shapes and sizes on both sides - I realised it was a perfect analogy for a company, or group of people flowing towards a shared goal.

Insights Discovery®
Richard is a licensed practitioner of Insights Discovery, a methodology designed to increase self-awareness, help people perform at their highest level, and promote effective relationships at work by improving communication, decreasing conflict and leaving more time to get the job done. Insights Discovery can be included as part of Braided River’s facilitation and coaching services, or as a standalone programme.
